After attaining Buddhahood, he observed the sentient beings in the Saha world, and realized that the sentient beings there had a deep relationship with the two Buddhas. As for the Buddha Amitabha Tathagata in the West, he will lead us to bring our karma to be reborn in the Land of Ultimate Bliss. Two Buddhas, one in the East and the other in the West, are very predestined for sentient beings in the Saha realm. The meaning of the name Supreme Healer (Luu Ly Quang Vuong Phat)

''Duoc'' means medicine, the Master is the teacher: This Buddha is a great physician, able to treat all diseases of sentient beings.
Luu  is a transparent substance that can be seen on the inside, and can be seen on the outside. Luu Ly is the name of the kingdom of Medicine Master, called the world of Luu Ly and he is the cardinal. His body is also a substance of lapis lazuli, both inside and outside are bright and pure.
Light is light, Medicine Master Tathagata's body is not only transparent but also radiant, a great luminous organ.
The Tathagata is one of the ten Buddha titles: Tathagata, Devotion, Right Understanding, Perfection of Wisdom, Well-Being, Worldly Interpreter, Unsurpassed One, Master of Manners, Master of Heaven and Humanity, and Buddha, World-Honored One.

The 12 Great Vows of Medicine Master Quang Tathagata
"At that time, Bodhisattva Manjushri asked Buddha Shakyamuni to talk about the Buddha's behavior so that all sentient beings in the next life, that is, we now know the direction of cultivation.

Buddha Shakyamuni just observed, seeing that Medicine Buddha is very important to sentient beings in the next life, so he began to speak the Medicine Master Sutra, saying that from here to the East, there is a ten thousand million million Buddha lands. The world's name is Tinh Luu Ly, the leader of this world is Medicine Buddha Luu Ly Quang Vuong. In the West there is Amitabha Buddha, so we are in between these two worlds.

When the  was still practicing bodhisattva, Medicine Buddha built his world with 12 vows, if this vow is fulfilled, his world will take shape. Thus, he practiced the bodhisattva path with a goal and accordingly strived for the end.

The first great vow: May when I attain enlightenment, my body will be bright and radiant, illuminating innumerable worlds and having 32 strange signs and 80 kinds of beauty; This is how my body makes all sentient beings like me.
The second great vow: May when I attain the very fruit of Bodhi, my body will be like lapis lazuli, pure and brighter than the sun and moon, if sentient beings, if anyone has darkness, it will be thanks to my light. to do all kinds of work at will.
The third great vow: When we attain Bodhi, we will bring boundless and limitless wisdom and means to help sentient beings be used forever.
The fourth great vow: May when I attain the Bodhi Way, all sentient beings who follow other religions will all be established in the Bodhi Way.
Fifth great vow: When I attain Bodhi, all sentient beings will practice the pure path, and no one will break the precepts to do evil.
The sixth great vow: When I attain Bodhi, all sentient beings who are disabled or suffer from ugly diseases will be full of goodness and goodness.
The seventh great vow: May when I attain Bodhi, sentient beings who are afraid, poor, sick, lonely, when they hear my name, will be filled with peace.
The eighth great vow: May when I realize the Bodhi path, those with female bodies will all receive the Dharma.
The ninth great vow: May when I realize the Bodhi path, all sentient beings will be liberated from the net and cultivate the bodhisattva's conduct.
The tenth great vow: When I attain the Bodhi Way, any sentient beings who are punished, imprisoned, or otherwise harmed will receive all my benefits and be liberated.
The eleventh great vow: May when I attain Bodhi, if there are any sentient beings who are hungry and thirsty and do evil deeds, I will make them feel full and know the taste of the Way.
The twelfth great vow: May when I realize the Bodhi Way, if sentient beings are warm, I will make them warm and have enough clothes as desired.
