After obtaining a quality source of Agarwood raw materials, the craftsman will proceed to craft a bracelet through the following 5 steps:
Take the Agarwood embryo and clean it
First, the worker will saw the Agarwood, cut off the outer shell to form a uniform bass block
Cut into small pieces and drill holes
Next, the craftsman will cut the bass blocks into small squares with a side of 5cm and drill holes
The square blocks will be put into the water grinder. After grinding for a few minutes, the square will be round or cylindrical depending on the design requested by the customer. It should be noted with special types of Agarwood such as sinking agarwood, badger agarwood, workers often make rough seeds. Because the amount of agarwood essential oil in these pieces of wood is very much, extremely precious, it should limit the wear and tear in the production process.
