Production process of clean Agarwood incense
Most people have known or heard about the medicinal and spiritual effects of incense. But in fact, not too many people know about the origin of agarwood and how clean is the production process of agarwood incense?
Agarwood is formed from the Aquilaria crassna tree. In the process of growing under the influence of insects, pests, fungi or weather, the tree may be damaged. Over a long period of time, where the wound accumulates for a long time, it secretes a resin/oil that spreads throughout the tree, causing the molecules to be changed and has a fragrance, thereby forming agarwood.
Because it takes a very long time to form, agarwood is considered extremely valuable, high-grade agarwood such as Ky Nam is more expensive than gold and extremely rare. In Vietnam, agarwood is most famously known in Quang Nam and Khanh Hoa regions.
Production process of clean incense Agarwood incense sticks
All product lines of Agarwood incense sticks clean and safe are produced entirely from Vietnamese Agarwood powder and acacia of Litsea. Products are focused on product quality, from the selection of raw materials, to the production process, please read for reference:
1. Create a nursery and propagate seedlings
In order to be able to supply the source of raw materials of Aquilaria crassna Piere, to ensure a closed agarwood production process. Agarwood has embarked on building nurseries and breeding seedlings on a large scale to meet the demand for supplying raw materials for agarwood for the entire domestic and foreign market. At the same time, work closely with farmers to strongly develop Do Bau tree nursery, help people alleviate poverty, and have stable jobs.
2. Caring for seedlings up to 10 years old
It takes 10 years for a mature dó bauca tree to be used to feed microbial substances into the trunk to create agarwood. The process of planting and caring for trees takes a lot of time and money. Therefore, the construction of the ecological zone of the raw material area of do Bau must be really sustainable and tight.
3. Microbiological agarwood culture
The characteristic of the tree is that the more damaged, the stronger the vitality. Understanding that principle, the research department of Tram Tue has researched the methods of microbial culture on the stem of Do Bau tree. Using the natural stem, isolate the fungal strains into many spores, rapidly multiply the mycelium, and use the artificial environment to produce the best formula of microbial products that stimulate the production of agarwood. After that, actively drill and guide the microorganism solution into the trunk of the tree. After 3-5 years, agarwood trees accumulate in the trunk and are exploited.
Advantages of microbial agarwood culture:
The scent and quality of agarwood are uniform
Fast Agarwood Harvest Time
Select the best natural bass cells
4. Exploiting agarwood after 3-5 years
The agarwood trees with good quality agarwood will be exploited, sawed close to the root and brought to the company's workshop in Khanh Hoa for workers to cut and trim to get agarwood.
5. Classification steps
Raw materials to create pure Agarwood are selected, classified and thoroughly removed from impurities before being put into a small blender, in order to optimize the aroma after the finished product.
- Cut the trunk
- Lagoon
- Trimming bass to select and classify
- Clean the pharynx (the part inside the bass piece)
The materials are classified, depending on the intended use of the customer, but Agarwood is classified into different product lines based on the high or low level of Agarwood essential oil
6. Powder grinding
Put ingredients in a small blender, grind into powder. This process sounds simple, but the technique of grinding agarwood powder is different from other herbs and aromas in that the temperature of the mill must be controlled or else the agarwood will be evaporated.
7. Production of clean incense sticks
Agarwood powder is mixed with vegetable glue (Loi Loi powder - is pureed from the leaves and stem of Litsea tree, which has the ability to stick like a glue but completely non-toxic, specialized for the production of incense. Clean Agarwood) with a sufficient ratio, combined with clean filtered water to create adhesion, this adhesion does not affect the aroma of the product and does not cause harm to consumers when used. .
The next step is to put the agarwood powder into a specialized machine and combine it with the skillful and meticulous hands of skilled workers to produce the desired product.
8. Put the product into the drying room
Agarwood products are characterized by not being dried at high temperature because it will change the essential oil and lose its scent. So this step requires careful and meticulous. The drying of products in natural conditions should be closely monitored to avoid mold and scent loss because the product does not use preservatives and chemicals.
9. Product packaging
The dried products are transported to the packing room. Here, the department needs to check the product quality again for example: product warping, classifying defective products... then packed into boxes according to each product line, stamped date and label it.
Tram Tue's products are always fully certified by the General Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality
